NYCJAOS Spring 2025 was the show’s biggest event ever, despite happening in a moment of major political uncertainty. I took 2,000 photos/videos (yes, I’m ridiculous) and I can’t wait to share my favorites with you!

The week of the Spring 2025 NYC Jewelry, Antique, and Object Show (NYCJAOS) began under a cloud of uncertainty: the US President had just announced an aggressive new tariff plan and the jewelry industry was panicking.
I wasn’t sure what the mood would be at NYCJAOS, but the reality was beautiful. Everyone banded together: I saw dealers literally holding hands and comforting each other, shoppers asking international sellers how to stay in touch, and – best of all – crowds of jewelry lovers streaming into the show, eager to find new treasures and support the small jewelry sellers that we collectors all adore.
NYCJAOS Spring 2025 expanded to occupy more of the Metropolitan Pavilion than ever before, with well over 100 dealers from all over the world bringing vintage and antique jewelry and objects d’art, as well as contemporary designers offering new jewelry.
When the doors opened, jewelry lovers poured in, flooding the show with record foot traffic. I even made my own first ever NYCJAOS jewelry purchase!
Don’t worry, I’ll show you everything.

Shall we kick things off with a tiara?? Technically it’s a bandeau: circa 1915 and created by Italian jeweler Ignazio Stacciol. It sparkles with antique diamonds and sapphires and it’s even convertible! The central panel unclips and can be worn as a bracelet.
This beauty is from Courtville Antiques, who I recognized from their wildly popular TikTok account but had never met in person before.

Look at this exquisite bracelet! The scale of the twining snakes, the detail of the portrait miniature!
This showstopper from Ishy Antiques is a real treasure.

Ariis Jewelry was a new-to-me discovery from NYCJAOS Spring 2025, a contemporary brand that specializes in outside-the-box jewelry featuring colored diamonds.
How great are these little diamond dangles?? Can you see the hint of color? I would have been very happy to take these babies home with me.

This jade, diamond, and sapphire ring from E & L Finery is such a good example of why the Art Deco period will always have a special place in my heart.
Look at those shapes, those colors! I dare you to tell me it doesn’t delight your eye. If this were on my finger, I’d stare at it allllllll day.

Gigi Ferranti Jewelry is a longtime jewelry friend that I was delighted to see at NYCJAOS Spring 2025! You may remember this brand from when I first featured them in 2017.
One of my favorite things about my career is having the chance to see artists’ aesthetics evolve over time, and Gigi Ferranti’s new designs absolutely delivered in that regard. Same joyful feel as always with a whole array of glamorous new designs!

This extraordinary mourning ring is one of those pieces that you’ll either absolutely love or think is haunted. Or both?
You can see that this ring from Sandy Jacobs Antiques opens like a locket, revealing a compartment with hair and a skull and crossbones. The front is a carved intaglio with a monogram.

This Art Deco bracelet perfectly encapsulates everything I love about Art Deco bracelets. And do you SEE that lozenge cut diamond in the center? Gahh.
This beauty was in the collection of Palmarius Jewels.

I was trying to tear myself away from the delights of NYCJAOS Spring 2025 for a water break when these antique Iberian earrings stopped me in my tracks. This style is a holy grail item for many jewelry lovers, and it’s not hard to understand why.
Thanks to Jane Fletcher for letting me play with these extraordinary antique garnet earrings.
Swipe to see who’s inside! Here’s a hint: it’s not the species you’re expecting.
This antique locket from Erica Weiner remains one of my favorite pieces of NYCJAOS Spring 2025. That gorgeous monogram is actually the back, while the front had a subtle buckle detail.

Human Design Studios was another contemporary brand I experienced for the first time at NYCJAOS Spring 2025.
Their specialty is conscious luxury; these thoughtfully designed colorful gemstone bracelets and perfect wearable gold huggies use repurposed gold and sustainably-sourced stones to make them feel as good as they look.

Are you ready for another tiara? This one from Paul Fisher was a full on fairy princess dream.
Those old cut diamond flowers are set en tremblant, which means they’re mounted on tiny springs so that the blooms tremble gently with the wearer’s every movement. I did try it on, but you can see the details much better in this photo.

“Pretty little antique turquoise rings” is one of my very favorite categories of antique jewelry, and Kitty Verity had so many of them in her case at NYCJAOS Spring 2025!
I especially enjoy the pearl and turquoise band with black enamel details, but it is not the piece that ended up coming home with me.

LOOK at this antique banded agate pendant from Legacy London. It’s such a good example of why I love this stone: the drama of the white band across the agate combined with the slight translucence of the darker stone is so captivating.
This beautiful piece also features a pearl drop, colored gems, and classic 18th century Renaissance revival black and white enamel detailing.

Trying on Delphine Leymarie Fine Jewelry with the designer herself!! Aren’t these necklaces great? Any of these would be fantastic for chams.
I adore both Delphine and her jewelry, which I would call gloriously elevated BoHo chic, and it was so much fun to be reunited at NYCJAOS Spring 2025.

This ring had my jaw on the floor. It’s Art Deco, with a gorgeous old cut diamond and mind-boggling turquoise and sapphire details.
Before you get too excited, I need to tell you that it’s not for sale; it’s in the personal collection of Elizabeth from Antique Jewelry Box. (And if she does decide to sell it, I have dibs.)

Don’t worry, my immediate reaction to having this vintage enamel and diamond snake necklace in my hands was to fling it around my neck, just like you would have. It was cool and sinuous and hugged my collarbone in the best way.
This treasure was in the collection of Halle’s Jewels.

If you’re a hardcore antique jewelry lover, you already know what these are: two rare, exquisite Lover’s Eyes.
One is a gold and enamel pendant, the other a brooch with a halo of flat cut garnets. Both were from Marilyn & Co.

I’ve know Alison from Duvenay for over 10 years now through social media but NYCJAOS Spring 2025 was the first time we ever met face to face!
It was so satisfying to finally have the chance to see her original work in person – Duvenay started out selling antiques but now offers select bespoke designs as well, like these wonderfully luscious chunky diamond rings.
Yes, these feel as good on the hand as you’re imagining.

Trying on three extremely cool (and very different) vintage silver necklaces from Lisa Kramer Vintage!
I always learn something when I visit Lisa at a show – I’m always in awe of how much she knows about everything in her cases.

How about a big ol’ diamond moment?? My engagement ring is a confident girl, she doesn’t mind when I flirt with other rings.
This two stone beauty is from antique diamond queen Jewels by Grace and yes, I will be seeing this in my dreams.

Something I have genuinely never seen before: sunglasses with piercings!
The designer of Memori Eyewear told me that these pierced sunglasses aren’t in her regular collection, but she often will pierce a few pairs to have available at special events like NYCJAOS Spring 2025.
Not pictured: the stranger who waved at me from across the room and yelled “YOU HAVE TO GET THOSE, THEY’RE GREAT ON YOU.”

I have a particular weakness for Victorian era snake jewelry, especially when the snakes have derpy expressions. This fellow is so cheeky and cheerful; you can tell he’s delighted to be on your wrist with the end of his tail in his mouth.
That turquoise pave and those vivid ruby eyes aren’t bad, either. This beauty was at Estate Jewelry Mama.

One brooch to rule them all? Look at those light-as-air openwork details, that elegant scrollwork!
This beautiful behemoth from Bluestone Trading is truly the epitome of all Belle Epoque platinum and diamond brooches.

These modern earrings by Kali Zoe feature antique old mine cut diamonds! I love the contrast of the curvaceous matte gold with those chubby sparkling old cut facets.
I first met this designer at NYCJAOS Fall 2024 and I was very excited to see what she had going on this spring.

How about this cuff?? This 18K yellow gold Victorian era bracelet dates to the 1870’s and features a monogram with the intertwined letters O and W as well as a gorgeous diamond anchor and – my favorite part – two carved agate shells with pearl centers.
This beauty was also at Courtville Antiques.

This glorious pendant by Circa 1700 features a fully functional antique compass set in a heavy gold star set with diamonds.
The cherry on top of this beauty is the back of the piece, which nears a small enamel heart and the message “she does as she pleases.”

When I walked up to A Pocket of Rocks at NYCJAOS Spring 2025, I was asked the question: “can we put necklaces on you?”
Eat your heart out, Anna Wintour! I’ve rarely seen a selection of antique rivierès this good in my life. These babies are ultra rare and getting harder to find by the second.
This stack was a mix of paste and real gemstone pieces; both of which are highly collectible and absolutely gorgeous.
I saw so many beautiful things at NYCJAOS Spring 2025 that I can’t possibly show you all of them…but here’s a slideshow with a few more.

This final piece is very special because it is MINE. This 18K white gold and platinum Art Deco ring features raised openwork detailing that cleverly creates a contrasting background of shadow when worn, and is adorned with tiny champagne diamond flowers.
Acquired from longtime fave & friend Maryanntiques!

A peek at the excellent canine attendees of NYCJAOS Spring 2025 to wrap things up. I’m as tired as that corgi after editing all these photos, but I also loved every minute of it.
The next NYCJAOS show will be November 21-23, at the Metropolitan Pavilion in NYC with 140+ dealers from all over the world, bringing fresh antique, vintage, and new jewelry and collectibles for you to peruse (and perchance purchase).
And yes, I am planning to be there!!
Visit my NYCJAOS archive to see more from past events, and stay informed about NYCJAOS updates through the show’s website and Instagram.
